Arabic - Page 2
Arabic contains the standard letters and the most common diacritics of the Arabic script.
The Arabic alphabet contains 28 letters. Words are written in horizontal lines from right to left, while numerals are written from left to right. Most letters change form depending on whether they appear at the beginning, middle or end of a word, or on their own. Some additional letters are used in Arabic when writing place names or foreign words containing sounds which do not occur in Standard Arabic.
Each font is Unicode™ encoded, and available in different formats. Please review the product information for each font to ensure it will meet your requirements.
